Brooke Elizabeth Burns born 16 March 1978, is an American model and television star. Burns began her career on television in 1995 when she played Peg the American-Spanish teenager on the sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns joined Baywatch a drama series that was action-drama in 1998. In the following year she was a part of Baywatch: Hawaii. Burns then left Baywatch because of her first pregnancies. Brooke Elizabeth Burns has been a fitness model for television and a performer for nearly 10 years. Her most notable role is that of Jessie Owens of Baywatch. The actress became well-known for her role in Shallow Hal (2001), which was a movie that proved commercially popular.
